Our Alzheimer's and related dementia program is designed to meet the needs of this special population. The recreation and nursing staff design and implement therapectic activities that serve to maximize the resident's cognitive and functional ablities.

| HOSPICE CARE |
The new addition to GHNHRC is the Contiuum Hospice Care program. Hospice Care is comfort care provided to residents who are terminally ill. The residents get a one on one certified nursing caregiver, a registered nurse who visits daily along with the care provided by the staff at GHNHRC. As the resident benefits from the care provided by caregivers the families will also be able to benefit from the round table for families at GHNHRC.
